Cancellation Policy:

Sara requires 48 hours notice for cancellation.  The full fee will be charged for less than 48 hours notice of any appointment cancellation. Clients cancelling appointments within the 48-hour window are expected to pay the full session fee.  Accommodations for reasonable last minute cancellations will be considered.

Benefits Coverage:

Clients are provided with a receipt at the end of each session, which may be submitted for reimbursement or as a possible tax deduction for medical expenses.

Sara is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and therefore some extended insurance plans may cover the full or partial cost of sessions.  ICBC clients may obtain limited coverage through ICBC or their lawyer. Please check with your insurance provider or employer to determine if you qualify.
